Jesus man! You fell hard. Didn’t do enough damage with apple a few weeks ago?

That is one hell of a thought process you went through, and it seems that the internal Kirk ultimately devoured the your internal Spock to pick the iphone. What times we live in - I remember when you had to find a payphone that took a dime to use. And the interface sucked.

I was at Lou Malnati’s here in Chicago last week with a friend, and there was a guy playing with his iphone at the table next to us. The guy was so excited to show it off that he let me play with it for a bit when I asked him how he liked the thing, and it was one pretty amazing device. I googled a few local businesses, and I loved how touching the hyperlink actually called the phone number. Everything was integrated, and the interface was insanely cool.

I would think that some kid in the Netherlands is already working on cracking this thing, and when that happens you’ll be able to load anything on it.

I can’t go with the iphone until they fix the subway problem - US Cellular is the only carrier that works on the El underground - as cool as the iphone is, I still need it to work as a phone.

Have fun with it though, and congratulations! Since it’s also an ipod, I’ll buy your 80g video cheap!

Welcome to the club!! I got my iPhone a few days ago, and I must say, I LOVE it. The things that bother me are minor (so minor in fact, that I can’t remember them right now). Of course, I’m not as much of a techno-geek (no offense intended) as you. But I’m thrilled. And it is SO pretty…
